
I accept Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Ascension, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health for therapy services. If I'm not in-network with your plan, I'm happy to provide a superbill— a detailed receipt you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are surprised by how much their plan covers, so it's always worth checking. Please note that insurance reimbursement rates differ from my standard self-pay rates.
For self-pay therapy clients, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who need it. Fees for trainings, workshops, speaking engagements, clinical consultation, and letters or documentation services vary depending on the nature and complexity of the request. Please reach out directly and I'll be happy to discuss availability, format, and fees. A flat fee schedule for documentation letters is available upon request. Please note that all documentation services require an established professional relationship or a clinical intake prior to completion.
Payments are handled through Headway debit or credit card, ACH transfer and for self-pay clients, through ACH transfer or Zelle.
Accessing good care shouldn't be complicated by paperwork or confusion about cost and I want you to feel comfortable asking about it. I also believe that financial concerns should never be the only reason someone doesn't get the support they deserve, especially in communities where asking for help already takes so much courage. Individual Therapy (50 minutes) - $160
Brief Check-in/Consultation (for established clients; 30 minutes) - $75
